Live piano and vocals across Dallas–Fort Worth. Below is what each format actually includes, so you can match the right one to your room before we ever get on a call.
Venues
Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels

Not sure which rung fits? Most rooms know it when they read it — if the music is background to dinner service, that is Wine Bar; if a guest should be able to sit and listen properly, that is Signature. When it is genuinely unclear, send the date through and Courtney will tell you honestly which one serves your night better, including when that is the less expensive one.

The Details
What’s Included, and What Isn’t
Included in every booking
Her fully weighted digital piano, keyboard stand, bench, pedal, music stand, instrument cables, and standard local setup. She arrives ready to play and leaves the space as she found it.
Quoted separately
Artist-provided sound and full PA (included at Signature), sound engineers, extended engagements, unusually large rooms, and travel beyond the local radius. None of it is a surprise — it is confirmed in writing before you commit.
Travel
There is no per-mile charge. Each format has a travel radius instead, and the higher formats travel farther. If your venue sits outside it, the booking simply starts with a short conversation rather than an instant hold — she plays outside the metroplex regularly.
Payment — venues
No deposit. Courtney invoices after the performance, on terms agreed with you on the call. A short written confirmation with a cancellation policy is all that is needed to lock the date.
Payment — weddings & private events
A 50% retainer confirms the date, with the balance due seven days before the engagement, or in full if you are booking inside that window. Payment always follows a written agreement, never precedes one. The retainer exists because your date is held exclusively and other work is turned away for it.
Paperwork for hotels & clubs
If your property onboards performers as vendors, Courtney provides a W‑9 and a certificate of insurance naming your venue as additional insured, on request. Tell us what your AP or risk team needs and it will be in hand before the date.
How Booking Works
From date to confirmed, without phone tag
- Pick your dateChoose a format and see real open times on her calendar.
- It goes on holdYour date is held while she reviews it. No one else can take it out from under you.
- She responds in 4 hoursA real answer from Courtney, not an autoresponder.
- Confirmed in writingVenues: a short confirmation and the date is yours — invoiced after you have heard her play. Private events: a written agreement and the retainer.
Published starting prices apply to standard local bookings. Final investment varies with event scope, preparation, parking, travel, holidays, venue access, and production requirements, and is always confirmed in writing before you book.
